Brad grew up just outside of Philadelphia in Moorestown, NJ. After graduating from Vassar College in 2000, his jazz hands led him to pursue an acting career in Los Angeles. You may recognize him from his show-stopping performances as Reporter #4 and Waiter #7. As it turned out, the beautiful weather began to take its toll on Brad, and he longed for the bitter cold of the east coast winters. In 2009, Brad returned to his roots in the Philly area and found his niche in real estate, allowing him to combine his love of architecture, interior design, and working with people.
As a resident of Philadelphia and a real estate investor himself, Brad brings local knowledge and passion for helping his clients find a home that is just right for them. Buying and selling homes can be daunting tasks; Brad guides his clients through each step of the way with integrity, care, and fun. Brad’s outgoing personality, negotiation skills, and financial knowledge allow him to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with all of their real estate needs.
In addition to Brad’s love of real estate, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, comedy/improv, and beach days on Cape Cod.
Brad is licensed in both PA & NJ.
